Acknowledged in some way. Many of these companies or research facilities were given contracts in the '90's to study directed acoustic beams or other technologies. On their websites, they won't list technologies currently classified by the military or for national security reasons, or still in research and development. We have also not listed foreign governments/militaries that we know have researched these technologies, i.e. Russia. But we also know for certain that, at the very least, the US military has a Classified Electromagnetic Warfare research program and, at Kirtland AFB, a Directed Energy Directorate. Kirtland Air Force Base - Directed Energy Directorate American Technology Corporation - Hypersonic sound - received contract SARA - Scientific Applications and Research - Huntington Beach, CA - received contract Camp Pendleton Marine Corp Base - CA Wright-Patterson Airforce Base - Ohio Armstrong Laboratories - Brooks Military AFB - TX - now called Brooks City-Base - a research center for bioscience, biomedical, academic, environmental, and technical research. Received a $100 million dollar grant1 in 1997 for neurological weapons research. Mission Research Corp - N.M

A weapon already acknowledged as in use...this is merely an example of what is possible... "Silent Guardian uses radio waves to heat up flesh-and-blood targets, but only enough to cause pain. The 45 x 45-in. beam-firing antenna can rotate 360 degrees. The entire 5-ton system can be mounted on a ground vehicle or on a ship." Popular MechanicsDecember 2006 issue . | |
