Effects and Technology or Potential Technology

These effects and technologies are researched from material found in the research library.  The footnotes will lead you to the article where the weapon and frequency are mentioned.

We can't match all effects with all technology, not only because much of it is still "black," but because one technology alone can cover many effects; many technologies used in tandem could cause all. Specific frequencies (generally electromagnetic) seem to be the determining factor.  Not all effects are listed.

1) Effect: Sleep attacks/sleep disturbance

Technology: "Put the Enemy to Sleep/Keep the Enemy From Sleeping," (this was the real name of the program): very low frequency EMF(below radio)1,

2) Effect: Auditory Effects (hearing music, a song, one line played over and over, odd electronic sounds and noises, or an often tinny, tiny, digitized-sounding far-off "voice")

Technology: Varied and many - microwave auditory effect12, acoustic deference tones, which can project a voice or other sound to a particular location. The resulting sound can only be heard at that location4. Directed acoustic beam, also hypersonic sound9 and low power microwaves1

3) Effect: Jolts (feeling as though they've been jolted with an electrical prod) or muscle spasms, muscle cramps and/or a burning, tingling sensation in the hands or limbs; (a.k.a polyneuropathy including sensory and motor neuropathy)

Technology: Pulse Wave Weapons 1,2,3 affect the signal from the motor cortex region of the brain overriding voluntary muscle movements, or acoustic bullets,4 and/or possibly millimeter waves, supercharged versions of microwaves, to heat up the skins nerve endings

4) Effect: Sudden onset of sneezing/coughing, "allergies," cold or flu-like symptoms

Technology: Low-Frequency Radiation - magnetic field,1 to increase histamine

5) Effect:  Somnambulism with amnesia of the event (sleep activities, sleep walking, etc...some of these activities are quite complicated)

Technology: Compare this effect/behavior to that which some users of Ambien have experienced; Acoustics, Infrasound and Very Low Frequency EMF, which in tandem could be used to put someone to sleep and create acoustics

6) Effect: A buzzing or clicking in the head

Technology: acoustic "pinging" or Microwave Auditory Effect8

7) Effect: Vivid hypnogogic or hypopompic images just before falling asleep or waking up/mind's eye images

Technology: possible manipulation of the occipital lobe, possibly subliminal (?)

8) Effect: False heart attacks (feeling as though you've been punched hard in the chest)

Technology: Varied - most likely a type of acoustic bullet,4 or EMF

9) Effect: Blurred vision

Technology:  manipulation of the central nervous system1

10) Effect: Hot and cold flashes/"heating"

Technology: acknowledged millimeter waves, supercharged versions of microwaves, to heat up the skins nerve endings12
